Permanent throttle

So... I have been throttled on my blackberry service since 16May. After multiple complaints and everything, I just gave up. This morning 31july I activated my BES service to use with my company's system. Out of curiosity while speaking to the blackberry support agent I asked am I still throttled, because I don't use the blackberry service on my cellc contract, and he told me that my line is permanently throttled. I asked if the 20day throttle that's on the terms of service don't apply and he repeated that my blackberry service will be permanently throttled even if I have the Enterprize service active. How I wish I did not buy that R120 airtime to activate that BES service. I received ONE phone call after 3 months from a service agent, which I missed because ihave a life to live, and then received an email that you guys were trying to contact me and that I must contact the call centre on 140. The call centre has no idea what I am talking about when I call them. Cellc go to!
