About 2 days before I went from Pre-Paid to a monthly contract (2013/06/21) I charged my cell phone with R150 air time.
They switched me over to the monthly contract without informing me that I would lose any prepaid air time remaining on my phone.
On June 21, 2013 I emailed my concern to: [Email Removed] that they had in effect my money and that I demanded that they refund it immediately.
No prizes for guessing that they have not replied to my email.
