Contract expired and i am still paying

I had a contract for office phones I have since moved from that building in Johannesburg and my contract for one year expired but I still get mail requesting payment from me I since called Telkom and they told me I need to send a letter for cancelation I have send couple of email that they gave me which always return un sent I every time i call them the is something new i should lately i was told my letter needed a letter with company logo my company name has changed and if another company entered my old building they would be able to use those lines as they are not disconnected i have stopped paying for line to be cut off but why am i paying my contract ended at the of February 2013 that was our agreement if some one from Telkom is reading this as a big company you are taking advantage of small enterprises which is very distasteful i feel i am being milked to the last cent which is and undermines my right as a citizen of south Africa i just wonder how many people have been robbed this way and is trans union going to black list me for this debt
