Shocking service AGAIN

They sent me a sms on Monday at 4pm saying my account is due and I must pay immediately I paid the account at 10am on Tuesday morning (from the same bank so the transfer is immediate) then on Wednesday morning at around 7am they cut me off so I had to fax thru the proof of payment and they would re connect me so I did that at there store before 9h30 and they said turn your phone off and back on and it will be working it is now 17h22 and still I have no signal
