POOR DATA CONNECTION

I thought I was getting a great deal taking the data contract with Cell C. BAD idea, R99.00/month for 2 gig sounds fantastic, if only I could use it. 90% of the time I cant connect, the other 10% when I do connect, it only lasts a few minutes then I drop connection. I think I'll have to go back to Vodacom, it's so frustrating!!!
