Beware of SA gold exchange - I went in on Friday morning to see my Kruger coins - they whole way through my sale I was asked repeatedly "are you sure you want to sell, the price will go up" also "why not consider buying x new launch sets", I insisted yes I want to sell. During the sale process they said I would be paid the same day (Friday) well it's Tuesday the next week and still no payment. And the transfer is between the same bank so should happen immediately. I was e mail on Friday and promised that the transfer has happened - I asked for a proof of payment and nothing came on Monday I was promised the payment happened and asked for a proof of payment and Tuesday still nonpayment - so currently I am out of pocket 252 000 rand and the just continue. Beware the like to sell Kruger coins but not to by back at all... Consider other investments - else they have a serious cash flow issue but don't use SA gold exchange.
