For 3 months im struggling to get someone to look into my situation ive called numerous times bt with no avail i had even let my bank phn them bt we wher transfered frm cape town to johannesburg and then to durban bt still my problem persist its as if their only concern is if they have their money they dnt give a whats happning afterwards, i applied for contract at vodacom and was denied because of "unpaid" debits reflecting on my statements bt in real fact the account are paid in full and no-one are phoning back with results i had 2 phonecall frm them and it was only to confirm that they saw i had phoned them
