For my annual tax return, I require billing info from Altech. I started my quest last week, with an email, which was ignored. I have since then phoned customer services every day, explained each time what I require and am assured that the information has been emailed to me.
Absolutely nothing happens!
Altech have given me problems in the past in other areas, but at least last year they manage to send my billing records to me.. Incidentally, after some years of trying to correct this, I still receive the account of a person in Durban with the same surname ; although his amount owing is not taken off my account, I have to assume he has not received a bill for years.
