Retrenched forced to pay for the account

I had a contract with vodacom which i defaulted for 3 months and i later paid what i owed even now i m still paying on my account and my account is up to date, the problem is today i notified them (legal depart ment that i have been retrenched and this is the reply i got how am i supposed to pay when not working
Dear Customer

We have recieved your service request EC-ZHY7-2JK67M. Your account is currently R1, 079.97 that needs to be paid up before the acount is settled.
Please advise how we are to go about payment, how much you are able to pay? how payment will be made eg: eft, bank or at vodashop? and dates on which payment will be expected eg:25th or 31st?
