Bank rejected payment

Diners Club rejected payment of my account because Autopage entered my card number incorrectly This is the second time this has happened. I took this up with the local dealer with whom I deal. He phoned them and they promised to correct their mistake. Hours after that I received two sms messages warning me that if I don't pay my service would be suspended and that I would have to pay a R49-00 reconnection fee. This was on 2/7/13 . Today 3/7/13 I received a threat by sms that I would be blacklisted if I don't pay. I replied by saying that I don't appreciate being threatened by people who are by their own acknowledgement at fault. and that I wanted an apology. Apparently none is forth coming hence my complaint.
