Here is my incredibly frustrating situation with MTN.
My cellphone has been away in repairs in JHB for two and a half months, at the HTC warehouse (supposedly). I had to send it in twice because they didn't fix it properly the first time. I have been in and out of that shop far too often because they never call me.
If I try to call the Steenberg branch (Cape Town), the phone just rings. If I email the MTN help account, I get two responses and after that I get nothing.
The Steenberg branch has supposedly been tracking my phone down, and was apparently going to call me to give me the latest news on it's whereabouts. I think that it's safe to say that my phone is missing or? It's still on warranty.
I have my reference number and everything, I have given it to the Steenberg Branch (Cape Town), and the person that I emailed at help
We're paying for the phone, and it's not even in my possession. MTN advertises on pamphlets how amazing their repairs service is and that cellphones take a maximum of a week and a half because they're such pros.
