Vodacom claims I owe them and they listed me with TransUnion as a result.
I had a 24-month contract with them that lapsed in July 2012. 3 months prior to the end-of-contract I contacted customer care with the intention of upgrading. After endless calls and no joy I decided nott to renew and informed the service provider in May 2012, enough time for them to sort out the cancellation. My deposit was even credited to y bank account as per agreement.
To my surprise, a year later, I find that Vodacom claims I "owe" and listed me, for what... only these cheats know.
Throughout the tenure of this contract they always gave me grief and I never reneged on payments but yet the service was disgraceful more often than not.
I am appalled by their conduct, dragging my name in mud for not owing them a cent... siES Vodaacom SiES!!!
This case is one that will embarrass you and you will not win!
Your motto should be, "We and Cheat"!!! Mxm
