Myself and my wife subscribed for two phones some time last year at Protea Gardens which we still paying for. She then got a call last month notifying her to collect two more additional phones which she advised de constant that she had no knowledge of the application. The consultant then promised to put a stop to the application provided she faxed the I'd copy and affidavit. She then faxed and has been trying to contact Mtn till up to date been sent pilar to post with no resolution to the matter. Now a debit order has gone through for R1400. As customers of such a big Company we are already loosing trust and loyalty and considering doing business with other service provider.
