Poor service

After fighting for weeks to get my contract cancelled due to poor network in my area i finally got the contract cancelled 06/05/2013 whereafter i went to to lakeside mall branch to go confirm its cancelled and I was advised it is cancelled without any penalties and there is no outstanding amount. I then ask to make sure there is no outstanding amount and that i will not get a suprise at the end of the month of an invoice being sent to me and not surprising i got an sms on 02/07/2013 saying that an amount has been deducted from my bank account from Vodacom!!! This is unacceptable and when i phone to call centre i just get transferred from one person and department to the next without anyone being able to help! I am sick of this where i have to keep on phoning and explaining and this absolute lack of service and incompetent people! If i dont have my money back in my account with compensation within 5 days i will go to the newspaper as i know people in the industrie and i think the public deserves to know of the incompetence of this Service provider for which we pay lots a month and receive no service whatsoever!!!
