Never told of all the extra cost

The end of May 2014 I was contacted by a call centre agent of Vodacom who asked if I was interested in adding cell phone insurance for the two phones I have on Top -Up accounts with Vodacom. The agent said it will just cost R85:00 pm for both phones and covers water damage and. I recently got a Samsung x3 mini and decided that for R 85 it was a good idea. I was shocked when instead of R452.22 debited from my account, R 721.00 was taken off. I contacted Vodacom, where the agent informed me of a R49.00 and another R9.99 for something taken off with theR85.00. It still does not amount to R721! I was willing to payR537.99 with the R85 included as I understood from the agent when they sold it to me. Now I just want to close my accounts.
