I logged the below complaint on the 3 Sep... Auto reply " Vodacom will be intouch"
I cancelled my contract with Vodacom when I ported my number to Cell C, yet money is still being deducted off my account for the last two months!!!
In May my premature settlement was R 412.60.
The amount of 412.60 went off my account and my contract should've been cancelled.
Only to check my account this month to find the two deductions of R 387.50.
I have paid R775.00 to Vodacom for a line that's no longer on your network!!
Please kindly advise when the R 775.00 will be reimbursed back to me!!
I have received nothing thus far except an account for my "subscription"!!!
I'm furious!
