An agent called me on the 21st June 2013 on behalf of Cell C his name was Peter from Mango 5. He sold me a Samsung Galaxy S4 of which i liked, an application was made, everything settled. On the 1st July i receive a package from work, in the package was an Apple Iphone 4S, which was not what we agreed upon as per the recordings you have. I have been calling Cellc from Yesterday the whole day, even today i have been on the line since this morning without success, time is running out because this phone must be returned within seven working calendar days. I even sent an email to the customer service, no response.
I want this matter sorted, come and collect this outdated phone immediately and deliver what i ordered, or I am terminating the contract. I must say I am very disappointed in the service delivery of Cellc. To make things worse i can"t even use my number anymore because i ported to the useless network and the Iphone uses a different sim card, now I am doomed till the mess gets sorted. An urgent response will be highly appreciated.
