Not Fixing my Bad Internet connectivity

Good day 8ta

My Name is Hendrik Olwage. for the last 3 months I have experienced big problems with the 8ta network. the problem is that I dont get a Upload speed .my ping and download is not good at all. I got this 8ta contract mainly for on line gaming but was unable to play for the last few months.

I have obviously logged lots of calls were they were to come to my house to assess the problem and fix what needed to be fixed but after I log a call with in a week the case has been closed as resolved and that has happened more than 5 times.

I got this contract for its high speed that i have received and without any problems but now I don't know what to do. Please help me to resolve this problem once and for all
