I ordered a 2Gig data pack from Vodacom on-line on the 6th June 2013 with the promise that it would be delivered to my doorstep within 2-3 days. After weeks and still no delivery, I started phoning Vodacom and have spoken to various people and received various promises but to this point still no delivery. Every time I get told that they are escalating the problem to higher level. In all my life this is by far the worst service I have ever received and if I did not have a contract with them, I would definitely have gone to another supplier. The 2nd last reference number I was given was 0033-3GUY and the latest reference number that I was given was 003K-K9RF
