24 Months contract according to the "SYSTEM"?

I signed up for a 12 month 2G data (CELL C) contract and renewed last year again. According to the "system" my Contract is for 24 months, but on my monthly invoice, every month, only for 12 months.

A contract is binding according to law. If you can send me a fax of my "24??? month contract with my signature, I will accept it as a done case.

I WAS very happy with my data contract! No problem there.

BUT now I want to cancel my contract! I!!! I was told to call Loretta at 0112078072, because she signed me up, after 2 months for a 24 month contract via e-mail.

I was told to pay a penalty of R1000 if I cancelled.

Is Loretta? a third party person and is she allowed to alter contracts as she pleases or what is happening here?
