Major Problems in Witbank

A whole bunch of people are complaining about the issues regarding signal in the Witbank area. Its been months of dropped calls, having to call multiple times (up to 12 times) just to get connected. And then only to speak on a broken weak connection. And sometimes not being able to make a call at all. I dread the day that i'm in an emergency situation and cant call out. Furthermore you get a whole bunch of sms' stating you had missed calls from this number and that number. But the phone never rang. And you get charged whether you have Airtime or Minutes. You waste it all on voice mailboxes and speaking to people with broken voices. In certain areas there are no 3G or HSDPA reception only EDGE and GPRS. And these areas had excellent 3G and HSDPA coverage. Called the call centre Yesterday only to hear that they are not aware of any problems. Then receiving an sms today saying they are busy with upgrades. What is the use of paying every month for a broken service? At least give customers a time frame. I deal with a lot of people and they are porting left and right. Buying 3G modems and new sim cards from other companies. When are we going to get answers?
