Billed incorrectly and Staff attitude

Firstly I hold for 35 minutes and then I had to be intructed by the consultant that everthing was billed correctly with an attitude, I was billed 2 times which I understand I was one month in arrears. I was billed R3092 and was only supposed to be billed R2189.if this are the case with cell c they can give me my settlement amount and I will close this account.
