See below the compaint I made on 26/7. The listing was removed, ow it's back the credit bureaux. I am not sure what's the obession with you guys listing this prescribed debt. Get over yourselves. Remove this thing for once and for all, because nothing is going to come from this.
I was assisted by Paulo or Pablo from your company. I might have his name wrong.
This is a prescription debt, there has been no movements or payments on this debt for almost 10 years, and I never had any finance agreements with your company. If you took over a debtors book, that's too bad, because once there's no payment for 3 years, acknowledgement of debt or judgement taken, it has become prescribed.
Please remove this from Experian, or I will consult an attorney and go to court with this matter.
