YET AGAIN NO SERVICE

Previous 2 Upgrades had several problems including wanting to charge me fees to investigate overcharging and waiting 6 weeks to get the upgrade this time went to Clearwater branch (very efficient and helpfull) and tried out several cell phones and was given printout info on upgrades and Vodacom June - July booklet (all advertising printed in large black and other colour fonts! disgusting how extra charges, features printed in the smallest font and indistinguishably close to background colours.. then phoned upgrades 1st time after going thru whole palaver got thru to a noisy room where no-one answered the phone..2nd time got thru to Tsholoseo.. ignorant, abrupt, curt .. asked to upgrade to LG Optimus L3 400 as per printout recieved.. told no stock, asked 3 times when stock will be available, eventually she decided to check on computor to tell me item is discontinued..I then asked if she could help me with the data deals as per the booklet she said yes! I asked about the My meg 500 deal? she said what is that, I said it is as per the vodacom booklet, she said " I do not have the booklet available " at this point not wanting to have any more of my time wasted I rang off
