About 4 months ago a call centre agent contacted me about a contract phone, not really wanting one I still accepted as Iknow it is tough out there. Now Im still trying to get this thing activated. The tel no on the sim card package doesnt exist..Calling the help line is a waste of time. Incompetent. Yhe phone doesnt have a number an told every yime wait for our call or sms. Four months is enough. Want to take it back, and hand it in at the closest Telkom centre. Dont bother calling me, just cancel this contract. Dont be fooled by this company. DONT WANT IT, DONT NEED IT.CANCEL THE CONTRACT.YOU ARE AT FAULT..
