Online Franchise Booklet not downloading / Corrupt

Hi,
I download this booklet each month. On doing so now, it says 'failed to load pdf document'.
I sent a mail to customer service on 8 April but received a reply on 16 April stating :
'You cannot download the franchise booklet you need to get the booklet from the store; however you can download the sales deals form cell c direct on the internet'.

I replied with the link showing where to find the booklet:

I am still waiting for a response or for it to be fixed,
Note that I successfully downloaded Vodacom and MTN booklets.
