Dissappointment with upgarde

I was due for upgrade of my current contract, when into Vodashop to get a quote for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 LTE. Got the quote for R499 per month. But have to wait for stock, after almost 2 weeks waiting they phoned me and said that they can only get the normal 3G model which is cheaper. I settled because they said that they don't know when they'll receive stock and the Vodacom's LTE network isn't really active yet anyway. False advertising at it's best! I went in and did the upgrade, when it got to payment now all of the sudden the monthly cost went up to R596 per month on a lower spec phone. He already did a sim swop so I had no choice but to go on. When I asked if I would at least get a voucher because I've been a Vodacom customer for how long he just laughed at me. My wife's contract is with Autopage, exactly the same package as mine, every time she upgrades they are willing to bend over backwards to get the deal, offering PS3 etc. This will definitely be my last time upgrading with Vodacom as the get me to bend over. I'm using MTN for my business contract and they also give amazing deals, last time I upgraded with them I got 2 Hisense LCD HD TVs. Vodacom you disappoint me!!
