Cancellation of line

I moved out of my flat in Cape Town at the end of May 2013, and have been trying to cancel my telephone line for the past month, but no one answers when I call.

I have sat on the line for more than 30 minutes with no response. I do not have time to call Telkom every day.
In the meantime I still get billed for the line.

And am not even living there anymore.
