On two occasions, I've walk over to a Telkom mobile stand opposite Liberty Life or basically next to FNB, at Southgate. I give the dudes that standing behind the counter my ID to confirm when is my Heita contract expiring, they told me end of July 2013. Today, I call the call centre and Nomsa told me that my contract expiry on the 7th July 2013. Now I'm going to be billed for an extra month, which I did not cater for. Why do we have so many incompetant people, they damage their companies brand names. I need a solutions to my query. I would have given a months notice If I was told or given the correct information.
