I've requested a detailed bill for May because I feel I've been over charged and would like to see where the costs where incurred, but I've requested the detailed account 3 times now and everytime they say it'll be emailed to me and I've not received anything. This is QUITE frustrating! Makes me wonder why I'm still using mtn cos this is just the tip of the ice berg of issues I have with them and everytime I tried find a solution they close the door in your face!!
