I find it very frustrating that if my YDE account is short payed by R2, i get 500 phone calls from YDE!
i have requested a detailed balance on my account as i suspect something on my account if not that then my clothing is being off the washing line over 6 weeks later i am still waiting for them to honor my request!!! how can i investigate if there is no co opoeration from their side. Everytime you call you get some lifeless call centre agent who promises that you receive your statements in two working days??? i think not!!
