My calls are constantly being dropped, I have no consistent data connections, I basically have a phone I can use 30% of the time. You, DK or TK, please help me out here. Don't reply with "we have escalated this matter" or "asked someone to phone you" as this clearly doesn't work. I pay a lot of money for this contract and get out of it. All I want is a workable device, is that so much to ask?
