I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO CANCELL AN UPGRADE FROM 12 MARCH UNTIL NOW, AND THE PHONE WAS RETURNED IN APRIL ALREADY, BETWEEN VODACOM AND REWARDS CO, NO ONE KNOWS WHO IS RESPOSIBLE FOR DOING WHAT, IN THE MEANTIME MY ACCOUNT IS BEING DEBITED EVERY MONTH... I AM ANGRY AND I HATE VODACOM!!!
