Good day, Africhost placed an order for ADSL Line Conversion on my tel number on my behalf on 2013-06-08 and I have NOT been satisfied with the outcome of the poor service quality received from Telkom.
I will not tolerate any new delays after expecting the finalisation of ADSL line conversion by no later than 2013-07-08 (08 July 2013). It has expected of Telkom to timeosuly or in time period to convert the ADSL line on my landline.
I look forward to receive the resolution to the delay.
