I have received unusually large cellphone bills for the last few months and through some investigation discovered it was due to my data bundle not being applied. I raised two queries through the online billing component of their site (and you have no idea how much work that was - the site seems to crash unless its 12.03 on the 5th Tuesday of the month) and received no response. Two weeks ago I called to discuss the issue and was told they would get back to me - the agent kindly confirmed the times I would be available and then called outside of those times, then did not follow up with the promised call. I called again today, lost signal while they were investigating and am still waiting for a returned call. This is probably a R3000 or R4000 mistake depending on how long they have not been applying the data bundle and I would like it resolved! And while we're at it, if you're going to advertise online billing - make sure the site is at least remotely stable.
