I applied for internet on the 9th of June and received a message from them that they will install it on the 19th. Then another messages the 20th and then again on the 21st and nothing yet. Up to date no one has come out to install. If I call the call center they have no answer for me to why. All they can say is "We apologize! " They have put down the phone in my ear if I said I want a answer. The only thing that I now is that they have no lines to give to people applying for internet!! I had enough now and need answers and my internet lines. Now they cannot give me any detail is to when it will be installed.
