PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

We applied 8-9 weeks ago-or gave them notice-that we were moving our offices to another premises and that the telephone lines had to be moved. Now we are in the new offices-without internet or telephone services, and we are losing business as we speak! According to them it can or might only be posabble for Telkom to install our lines on 12 March, we cannot use cellphones to phone or use the internet for another week or so, its costing us a lot of money!

Please can you help us.
