This complaint is twofold - firstly, not getting any help when you are trying to track a number in an emergency, and secondly, trying to get a number from a deceased estate into your name to take over the telephone number and sign a new contract. Is this so difficult for MTN. I have been trying for two weeks to get this done. If it wasn't that my son needs this number for his work, I would not have even bothered to sign a new contract.
