An amount of R2096.73 was debited from my bank account without any notice from Nashua Mobile. My apologies that my account is in arrears but I need you to please refund me the R1390.00 as I need to pay for my rent and I have a baby to take care of. I am a single mother of a one year old baby. How must we survive? Please refund my money and I promise to make a payment of R1000 end of July 2013.
I also need to know what date I can cancel my contracts.
Please contact me as a matter of urgency as I need to pay my rent on Friday.
