Placing a judgment Erroneously

I got phones from them, never receipt the sim cards, paid my account monthly with agreed debit order, tried to get a letter from them to say that I can do a sim swap to get new sim cards. I battled with them until I finally said enough and stopped the debit order, next best thing I am handed over to legal and a debt collector came and saw me at work, he also failed to obtain the letter for me, after a few more attempts I finally got the letters and started with the debit order running again, in March 2013. July 2013 next best thing there is a judgment against my name, no one contacted me to say listen we are not happy with the amount you are paying or we are putting a judgment against my name. I had to find out the hard way after applying for finance that there is a judgment. I immediately drove from Vanderbijlpark to Santon to sort this out even settled the account in full. And got hem to admit that they made an error with the judgment. Yet I am still unable to obtain finance as I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks before this can be taken off my name. I feel this is unfair towards me as a consumer as I have made my payments as agreed, and why do I have to wait???
