I was billed for a total of 60 days "call duration (seconds)" in an actual time from 13/05 to 31/05 (19 days) on my data contract. This is the second month for this occurance, previously this was only mentioned that the bill is correct and I had to pad execessive charges for data. I have logged a complaint on the 086.. number, got a reference number and promise to be contacted within 24 working hours. Needless to say when I followed up, was informed that the bill is correct!! After another explanaition the operator promised to escalate to MTN, and another promise to be contacted, which again did not happen. Service is poor and you get the feeling that the people who are suppose to assist is completly incompetent.
