After my initial straggle with Cell C, I was contact by a very nice and helpful gentleman, who took all my details and sent me my contract. I was pleasantly surprised with their feedback, and I am now the proud owner of two contracts.
I haven't had many issues with them since then, and I must say I am quite impressed with the customer service provided by their Call Center. I just wished that their in-store service was just as good.
