I reported a line out of order on Friday morning 18/01/2013. Within an hour, Mr. Ehlers was at our premises and the problem was sorted out. Even though it was raining and the box is outside, this did not stop him from fixing the line. My compliments to Mr Ehlers & Telkom for this great service! I thought it was too good to be true when my last two enquiries were handled with the utmost good service and attitude, but you are proving that TELKOM is doing their best to deliver better service to customers. I am really impressed - thank you!
