AT THE BEGINNING OF JUNE I UPGRADED MY PHONE TO A NEW BETTER FASTER MODEL BLACKBERRY. I WAS EXCITED AND TRIED TO DOWNLAOD VIDEO CLIPS, BUT IT KEPT ON FAILING OR ERROR, I THOUGHT IT MAY BE THE NETWORK AS IT HAD HAPPENED BEFORE AND AFTER 2 OR 3 DAYS IT WOULD GO BACK TO NORMAL. IT DID NOT ITS BEEN WEEKS NOW. EVEN MY BROWSING IS SO SLOW NOW. I PHONED THE DATA DEPARTMENT AND THEY TRIED TO ASSIST ME BUT IT DID NOT WORK. I KNOW I HAVE BEEN THROTTLED AND EMAIL CUSTOMER CARE. TO FIND OUT WHEN MY PHONE WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL AND THE ONLY ANSWER I GET IS THAT THEY THROTTLE PEOPLE TO IMPROVE THE BIS. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE??? WHO WILL HELP ME IF THEY DONT WANT TO? WHATS THE USE OF PAYING FOR A PHONE I CANT USE AND VODACOM DOESN'T WANT TO HELP ME WITH IT??
