Why did I join virgirn? milking u for every cent

When I got a contract with VM, I was under the impression that its a good deal and I'm not gonna have any problems.my contract is supposed to be R338 R212 that's divided over the 1st 4mnts of the contract. This is my 2nd month with VM but already im fed up. I get an allowance of R1150 airtime that I don't know who authorised for it, I called the call centre the very 3rd day after I got the phone to enquire about it n the guy said if I use it I pay for, then my billing starting going up and im hardly on the phone, I called again to ask why my airtym usage is so high and they couldn't assist me due to migration.i then got debited R532 and when I called to ask about it, I was told that's how much I used. And the whole time I enquire they tell me they'll put the query through to the billing department and they'll call and email a detailed report of my usage, and then no one gets back to me.just last week I downloaded something and when I checked the airtym (I constantly do that) I was billed R580 I called immedietly n Nompumelelo said the billing department will call me and im still waiting. Nowhere in my contract did I c R1150 and I wouldn't have agreed to such a contract.
