BAD SERVICE

I am horrified by the service that i recieved when i called multichoice i was on hold for almost 25minutes ansd was call number 96 when a consultant was supposed to answer they hung up on me then i had to start the whole lengthy process which i had to wait for another 30minutes. when someone picked up they couldn't explain my query why they turned off my services asked about the other charges that were added they gave me a explanantion that was useless that i was supposed to pay and amount of R100 when the i got the dish and i didnt pay it and then i am supposed to be paying R260 and they added the reconnection fee
