We have a Voice over IP service contract with Nxatel. Our office phone are out of order due to an upgrade they did on their system. We are trying now for the last three weeks to resolve the problem, but without any success. In desperation, we try to speak the Nxatel management but the they are in meetings or not available. We as a company cannot afford not to communicate with our clients and therefore we are using cell phones at this stage because Nxatel system is not working.
