My wife has been in contact with Mtn accounts department to find out why her monthly billing is so high. She has contacted the accounts department over the past 3 weeks requesting clarity on what is the cause of her billing being so high, and even sometimes twice a week, every time they say they will get back to her. To date she has had no reply. What service does a company of this 'reputation' offer?
No reply, no service and this has ensured she will be going to join another subscriber.
