Hospital cash back plan not in line with policy

Since logging my complaint on 20 June 2013 and receiving a reply from Edgars on the same day that they are looking into it, I have not had any reply. This issue is becoming a burning issue and is not acceptable to me. I need a response within 24 hours from the accounts department. There is no reason why it should take the accounts department a week to "analyse" my query. This is not bad service its non existing service.
