I've submitted a complain previously regarding poor service from Autopage Internet Upgrade. Since then I'm still battling to upgrade because my local branch does not know how to proceed as some tag is missing which allows me to upgrade. In order to fix my previous fault, I was put on a topup 50. Because of that, they take this as if I already upgraded. I really just want to resolve this matter now. As mentioned previously, I cannot rely on Autopage customer service to resolve this.
